"Still waiting on my exchange"
I’m still waiting for my exchange to be processed, which has been frustrating. I was hoping it would be a quick fix, but it’s taking longer than expected, not exactly ideal. I’ll update if it gets sorted out, but for now I’m just stuck waiting.

"Fits Like You’d Expect"
I ordered a jersey from nrlshop.com and just went with my usual size, which seemed like the obvious thing to do. It fit exactly how I expected, not too tight anywhere and no strange sizing issues. Straightforward experience overall.

I ordered a jersey from nrlshop.com i was ready to inspect it like it was evidence in a crime scene. But the moment it arrived, it looked properly authentic to me. The badges, stitching, and tags all seemed spot on, not like one of those cheap knockoffs you regret buying instantly. The fit was exactly what I expected too. Shipping wasn’t lightning-fast or anything dramatic, but it got here without any issues. Overall, I’m really happy with it and I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Pretty good deal, but I was hoping for a little more"
I picked up a jersey on sale and overall it was a decent experience. The price wasn’t bad, but I kept second-guessing a bit because I was hoping the discount would be better. Checkout went smoothly, which was reassuring, and everything felt easy enough. I just wish the sale price had been a little lower so I felt more confident I was getting a really good deal...

"Return process was more hassle than it was worth"
I tried returning an item and it was just frustrating. The replies were slow, the instructions weren’t clear, and I felt like I had to keep following up to get anywhere. For the price I paid, I expected the service to be a lot smoother. It ended up being more stress than it was worth, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering from nrlshop.com again

"Tracking Was Late, But It Showed Up"
The tracking info didn’t update until late, which was annoying because I had no idea where my order actually was. I reached out and mostly got one of those canned apology messages that don’t really say anything, which made it a little more frustrating. That said, the package did eventually arrive, so it worked out in the end.

"Support Actually Came Through"

"Code worked on the first try"
I used a discount code on NRL Shop and it worked straight away, which is the best kind of checkout experience. I usually just do the quick mental shortcut of trying the code before overthinking the price, and this time it actually paid off. Got a decent saving on my order and had no problems at all

"Looks okay from a distance"
The name print came out decent overall, though it wasn’t quite as even as I was hoping. It’s usable and still looks fine, but you can tell it could’ve been a little cleaner.

"Pretty happy with the range"
I was actually happy with nrlshop.com. I wasn’t totally sure at first, but they had gear for heaps of teams, not just the big-name ones, which made finding a gift a lot easier. I found options for a few different clubs quickly, and the site was simple enough to use. It saved me from having to check a bunch of other shops, so yeah, I’d probably use them again...

"Decent Jersey, But the Updates Were Frustrating"
I ordered a jersey and it showed up in a reasonable amount of time. The quality was fine, nothing really to complain about there, but the tracking updates were slow and kind of unclear, which got annoying because I wasn’t sure what was actually going on with the shipment. The price also felt a little high for what it was. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not anything that really stood out

I jumped on nrlshop.com hoping to grab a few different team items, but the range was underwhelming. There were plenty of basic shirts, but not much beyond that, and heaps of sizes were already missing. I spent ages clicking around and waiting for pages to load, only to keep finding the same obvious stuff over and over. Disappointing, to be honest

"Helpful support, but replies took a while"
Support did help me get things sorted out, but the replies weren’t the quickest. I’ve had faster responses from other support teams in the past, so that part was a little disappointing. Still, they were helpful once they got back to me.

"Exactly What I Ordered"
I ordered a couple of NRL shirts and a cap from NRL Shop, opening the package gave me that little buzz you get when your team gear turns up just right. The sizes were spot on, the colours looked exactly like what I picked, and everything matched my order perfectly. I’d been a bit nervous about something being missing or the wrong item showing up, so it was a relief to see it all there. Really happy with the whole thing and I’d definitely order again.
